Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document queries, resolutions, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions when required.
  • Assist in preparing/updating user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend product/process improvements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in technical support or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (preferred)

    .
  • Fluency in

    English & Hindi (mandatory)

    ; Gujarati preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • On-site availability in Surat.
