Job Description

Conduct door-to-door field surveys to identify and verify household water service connections.
Detect and document unauthorized/illegal water connections in the assigned areas.
Collect and record accurate customer data including connection details, meter status, and usage.
Geo-tag service connections and update records into mobile applications or survey systems.
Validate Connection status by checking relevant documents / evidence.
Interact with consumers to explain survey objectives and ensure cooperation.
Coordinate with technical and customer service teams for verification and resolution of illegal connections.
Ensure timely submission of completed survey data and daily progress reports.
Adhere to ethical practices and maintain transparency in field operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with consumers.
Ability to detect, document, and report unauthorized/illegal connections.
Knowledge of valid documents applicable for availing legitimate Water connections.
Basic technical knowledge of water supply systems and household service connections.
Accuracy in data collection, record keeping, and system updation.
Familiarity with mobile survey applications/GIS tools (preferred).
Ethical conduct, vigilance, and integrity in field operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in field conditions.
Geographical knowledge of the Project area.
