We are hiring for a leading MNC for the role of Nepali Language Customer Support/Translation Executive. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong Nepali and English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in Nepali.
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow standard procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Nepali (B2 level or above).
- Good English communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus.
- Stable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup.
Shift:
24x7 rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
