Job Description

iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Customer Support Service (Male Candidates Only).

About the Role:

Were seeking a proactive Customer Support Service to help drive business growth through online research, social media networking, and digital outreach. The ideal candidate will identify and connect with potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, and online forums.

Key Responsibilities

:Research and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channelsQualify prospects and schedule calls or demos for the sales teamMaintain lead data using Excel or CRM toolsCoordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunitiesAchieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications

:Minimum 6 months of experience in digital lead generation, telesales, or inside salesStrong understanding of social media and online research toolsExcellent communication and persuasion skillsProficiency in MS Office or CRM systemsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.
