job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with questions, concerns, and product or service issues. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and capable of handling a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat, social media).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, system updates, and support best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
