We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer service, providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
