Job Summary:

Sitril Property Management is hiring a Customer Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling client communication and service coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages
• Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for service-related updates
• Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer details
• Provide after-service support and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Education: Any degree
• 1–2 years of customer support experience (Real estate background is a plus)
• Strong communication in Tamil and English
• Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, and Excel
• Calm, professional, and customer-oriented approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
