Customer support & Sales Lead

You will be a Senior Customer Support Lead at Arooha Travel and Tourism, located in Calicut. As a part of our dynamic and growing travel company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the tele calling/customer support team to achieve sales and service targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with a proven ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Developing strategies to improve customer engagement, sales conversions, and overall service quality. - Training, guiding, and monitoring team members to ensure high performance and consistent customer satisfaction. - Preparing and sharing regular reports on team performance and sales metrics with management. - Ensuring smooth coordination with other departments such as sales, operations, and marketing. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification and proven experience in sales calls, conversions, and team leadership (travel/tourism background preferred). Strong communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage. You should also demonstrate the ability to lead a team effectively, motivate members, and achieve targets, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
