Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (No MTI/RTI)

Skills Required:

• Confident verbal and written communication
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell and upsell services or products
• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries across multiple channels (Voice and Chat)
• Provide accurate product or service information
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant services/products
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain adherence to process guidelines and compliance standards

Selection Process:

• Versant Test (Minimum Score: 5 required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
