Customer Support & Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our 24x7 team. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, providing app support, and making outbound calls for sales and onboarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery while driving user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Make outbound calls to potential leads, follow-ups, or onboarding assistance
• Guide users in using our apps and resolve any technical or usability issues
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, sales) to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Provide a consistent and empathetic customer experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales (tech or app-based products preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Comfortable with rotational night shifts and fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or call center systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
