Job Title: Customer Support Analyst (International Voice Process) Job Description: We are looking for Freshers, Graduates, or candidates with up to 6 months of experience to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support with immediate joining. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support through voice communication (International Voice Process). - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure clear and effective communication with customers, demonstrating strong comprehension and composition skills. - Work efficiently both independently and within a team environment. - Meet performance targets and handle customer queries with a positive attitude. Requirements: - Education: Freshers/Graduates/HSC holders with up to 6 months of experience. Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with customers. - Good comprehension and concentration skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Excellent typing skills. - Language: Fluent in English (required). Computer Knowledge: - Proficient in using a desktop computer system. - Comfortable with basic computer operations and applications. - Job Type: Full-time
