Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support Representative role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area at UnPay. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, and troubleshooting various issues on a daily basis.
