What You’ll Do

  • Handle ServiceNow-related queries via phone & CRM with

    precision and empathy

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate cases quickly —

    aiming for First Call Resolution (FCR)

  • Collaborate with SMEs and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in

    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Create & improve Knowledge Base Articles for better self-service.

What We’re Looking For
