Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Bengaluru, India Shift Timing: Rotational (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST) Skills Below skilled resources from time to time as appropriate Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls to US based candidates to screen them for client's hiring requirement. Recording outcome of the call on tool. Excellent Communication skills Versant 58 & above Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST) Exposure to US contact centre preferable. Work from Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
