Is hiring for C ustomer Support Executive Experience : 0-3 years Salary: 15-25k ( Based upon Skills) Location: Mohali Female Candidates required with fluent communication skills Job Requirements: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media channels. Maintain CRM database and update customer interactions accurately. Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve customer issues. Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in marketing strategies. Generate regular reports on customer queries and campaign-related concerns. Requirements and skills: Graduation ( B.com/ BBA ) + MBA ( Marketing Preferred ) Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
