Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include troubleshooting problems, communicating with customers across various channels, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of customer support Experience ensuring Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills Capability in Troubleshooting issues Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a team environment Graduation or equivalent; additional certification in a relevant field is a plus
