Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Nigaran Green Energy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for our solar projects. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the installation and maintenance process. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering information on solar products, services, and project status. - Collaborate with sales, technical, and installation teams to promptly resolve customer issues. - Deliver accurate information to customers regarding ongoing and completed solar projects. - Assist customers with technical queries related to solar systems, warranties, and maintenance services. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. - Aid customers in scheduling site visits, service calls, and post-sales support. - Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary. - Collect and document customer feedback to enhance product and service quality. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Engineering or Renewable Energy background preferred but not mandatory). - Previous experience in customer support or service roles, with solar/energy sector experience considered a bonus. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Capacity to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of solar energy concepts and products is advantageous. - Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
