Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional with strong research, data collection, and MS Office skills. The role involves reviewing tender/job/bid documents, extracting key details, and accurately compiling them into structured reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent comprehension, strong English reading/writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Read and analyze job/tender/bid specification documents.
Extract key details including Scope of Work, Bid Information, Contact Persons, Employer Details, Job Types, and Categories.
Conduct searches through provided links to identify relevant tenders/jobs/bids.
Collect and organize information into Excel spreadsheets.
Share collected data with QC personnel and upload approved information to the portal.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to process guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (data research, documentation, BPM/BPO preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Intermediate level.
Strong research and data collection skills.
English proficiency (reading & writing mandatory; verbal desirable).
Good comprehension and multi-tasking ability.
Flexible, dependable, and meticulous with attention to detail.
