Job Description

We are looking for 3 to 4 executives for our customer support desk in BT Club. The base location is Noida. The further requirement is as below. JD for Support Desk: - Out bound and In bound calls - Taking customer feedbacks and resolving their queries - Closing the issues amicably but that shall be in favor of the organization - Responding to customers on Whatsapp and Instagram chats, understanding their requirements/ queries and resolving them. - Try and make customers agree to take delivery of the parcels (Calling for NDR cases) Desired Profile: - -Graduate in any stream with 0-1 years of experience in customer support. - Good verbal and written communication skills - Shall be willing to work in shifts/weekendsLocation- Sector-10 Noida Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9900063506
