Role Overview

As a Chat Service Representative, you will manage customer communications across written platforms such as chat, email, text, and social media. You will ensure efficient query resolution, accurate product information, and a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other text-based channels
• Identify and resolve issues promptly with precision and care
• Maintain quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience (minimum 1 year) preferred
• Excellent written English communication with strong grammar and spelling
• Basic computer proficiency and typing accuracy
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
  

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹38,000 CTC per month (based on interview & experience)
