Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills. Identify opportunities for cross-selling/upselling relevant products/services based on customer needs. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
