Roles & Responsibility
  • Make outbound calls to engage with active and past clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Address inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain and organize client data in the system.
  • Document interactions and create actionable reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups.
Required Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field
