Key Responsibilities: Handle and follow up on online enquiries from platforms like Justdial, website, and other lead sources. Manage Amazon orders – including order tracking, coordination with logistics, and customer communication. Check and update payment status for online orders and customer enquiries. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, and payment updates. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order fulfillment and payment follow-ups. Update product listings and offers on Amazon (basic level). Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
