Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-voice title searches for mortgage applications.
  • Review and verify title-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze and process real estate titles, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the mortgage team in gathering required documentation for loan processing.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to titles and ownership.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in mortgage databases.
  • Ensure all data and documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the underwriting and loan processing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage and real estate terminology is a plus (but not required).
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry.
