Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at our Thane headquarters, your role involves handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing product/service information to customers, processing requests such as order cancellations and returns, and maintaining customer records in our CRM system. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, is essential to enhance the overall customer experience. Meeting performance targets such as customer satisfaction and first-call resolution is a key aspect of your responsibilities.
