Role & responsibilities

Customer account Management ; customer handling

  • Will be a single point of contact (SPOC) for all customers

• Responsible for liasioning with BSNL

• Should possess knowledge on leased lines, links, modems, converters, MUX , router , MPLS

• Team management / data center / POP management

• SLA review

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have

    valid CCNA certification

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    basic networking concepts

    , IP addressing, WAN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with

    network monitoring tools

    (NMS, SD-WAN dashboards).
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint

    capable of creating customer reports, pivot analysis, and outage tracking.
  • Good communication skills in

    English and Hindi

    , able to interface with customers and backend teams effectively.
