Role Overview: As a Customer Support Engineer at KritiLabs, you will be responsible for providing online support for device maintenance and replacements at various operational locations. You are expected to have a good knowledge of engineering concepts and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Your role will involve learning and training operations team members based on your expertise in product and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide online support for device maintenance and replacements at various operational locations - Utilize your knowledge of electronics engineering concepts to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues - Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, as well as any other language such as Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada - Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and provide training when necessary - Continuously learn and stay updated on product and solution knowledge to enhance support capabilities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics/EEE/Mechatronics - 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in English and Hindi, additional language skills are a plus - Experience in working with teams is preferred - Ability to train operations team members based on product and solution knowledge Note: At KritiLabs, you will be part of a collaborative culture that values diversity and fosters growth opportunities for personal and professional development.
