Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from international customers (US market)
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information
Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy on every call
Document call details accurately in the system
Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly
Experience: 06 years to 4 years in international voice / BPO / customer service
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude
Typing skills and familiarity with basic computer systems
