Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Customer Support Intern. The Customer Support Intern will be responsible for assisting customers via email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the intern will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.

• Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field is a plus

Time - 9am-7pm (Mon-Sat)

Remote - Work from home

Stipend - 5000 per month + Incentives

PPO - Offer would be rolled out to suitable candidates based on performance

The candidate is expected to communicate with customers and help them onboard on our platform, solve technical queries and demonstrate the listing process. They will be taught how to handle inbound and outbound leads.
