excellent Hindi and English communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve queries, complaints, and requests efficiently within set timelines.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and process changes.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams and follow up till closure.
Adhere to quality standards, data privacy, and shift schedules.
Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent communication on every call.

Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

Salary:

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
