  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve queries, complaints, and requests efficiently within set timelines.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and process changes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams and follow up till closure.
  • Adhere to quality standards, data privacy, and shift schedules.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent communication on every call.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

Salary:

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Language Requirement:

Hindi and English – Mandatory
