Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO, preferably handling international chat and/or voice process
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Graduate degree is mandatory
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound international chat and voice interactions professionally
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to company policies
  • Work collaboratively with the team and report daily progress
  • Adapt to shift schedules and meet performance targets consistently
