Job Description

Essential Hiring Skills Experience in troubleshooting of Dell, HP, Broadband products PC basic knowledge, typing on PC using keyboard shortcuts Strong Communication skills Coping with stressful situations Selling skills Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Knowledge of data issues Focus on customer experience Responsibilities Technical troubleshooting of Dell, HP, Broadband products Providing support for adding extensions, check dialer tones, call forwarding, password change, et Create task-based config Add and change task-based configaration. Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders over the calls and emails. Important notes: 5 days working and any 2-week offs. Should be flexible in US shifts (Night shifts). Should be within Transport Boundary. Job location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune Notice Period- 0-15days. Minimum 2 Years of Job Experience is mandatory. Should have completed Graduation. Freshers are not eligible.
