JOB DESCRIPTION Eligibility Criteria: Proven experience in a customer service. Good communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Graduate/Post Graduate Role Description: Receive, document and track customer complaints via phone, email and any other source Investigate and analyze complaints to understand the root cause and identify potential solutions Communicate with customers to empathetically understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions Liaise with internal team and partners to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records of complaints and their resolution for reporting and analysis purposes Identify trends in complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments to improve products or services Continuously seek opportunities to improve the complaint resolution process and enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience 24/7 shifts.
