Customer Support Executive

Urgently Required! Support Executives should ideally possess one or more years of experience in a similar role. Commerce Graduate with knowledge of GST, and GST returns filing is necessary. The candidate needed to provide support for the GST filing Software - TaxPower GST. In this role, the incumbent candidate is expected to work closely with customers, troubleshoot problems, and provide quick solutions. The support executive must handle all requests. They should ensure a friendly resolution and prevent any backlog. This role requires domain knowledge of GST and computer and internet-related technologies. This role does not require on-site support. Principal Responsibilities: Prompt and Timely response to customer requests Troubleshooting by quickly identifying the root cause and planning out the resolution Communicate with customers at various phases of open tickets (such as open, in progress, and closed) Document and maintain records of customer interactions and solutions in the support system. Stay updated with product knowledge, updates, and technologies related to the product Provide training to customers on specific features/functionality, as part of support activities Skills – Must have Good knowledge of GST and GST returns is expected and added benefits to the knowledge of Tally in depth. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize Proficient in maintaining a database, recordkeeping Good knowledge of handling computer systems and the Internet Previous experience in technical support or a similar role Soft Skills Pleasant communicator and Strong interpersonal skills Good Team player Maintain a high professional code of conduct Out-of-the-box thinker and analytical approach to the assigned responsibility Learning Attitude
