Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats.

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats.

  • Coordinate with other team for POD(Proof of Delivery) Collection.

  • Line-Haul Vehicle Tracking with our In-house Intelligent Dashboard.

  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software.

  • Maintain high NPS through effective communication

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Immediate Joiners preferred

  • Freshers with interest to work in Logistics based company.

  • Required language skills: English , Tamil ,

     

    Hindi - Must

  • Basic Excel Knowledge.
