Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, webchat, and text support for US-based customers.
  • Accurately screen candidates for client-specific hiring requirements.
  • Record all call outcomes and interactions on designated tools.
  • Be flexible to work across different roles and responsibilities as required by the project.
  • Work rotational shifts (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Wed–Sun) depending on business requirements.
  • Follow US calendar for holidays; work will continue during Indian public/state holidays.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a minimum rating of 9/10.
  • Versant Score

    : Must have cleared Versant with a

    score of 58 or above

    (only one attempt allowed).
  • Pronunciation & Grammar

    : Clear speech, no grammatical errors, and no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
  • Education

    : Minimum HSC/Graduation in any stream.
  • Experience

    :
  • Level 13: Freshers – up to 6 months
  • Level 12: 7 months to 3 years
  • Level 11: 3 to 5 years
  • Contact Center Exposure

    : Preferred experience in US-based contact center support.
  • Assessment

    : Additional written test for candidates applying for chat/email support roles.


Other Important Details:

  • Notice Period

    : Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period of

    7 days or less

    only.
  • Transport

    : Cab provided both ways within 30 km radius.
  • Shift

    : No additional night shift allowance.
  • Work Schedule

    : 5-day week standard, must be flexible for 6 days/week.
