Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 1) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring timely and accurate information. 2)Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system. 3)Provide information about products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures. 4)Process orders, refunds, and returns and follow up to ensure proper resolution. 5)Collaborate with other departments (such as sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 6)Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely feedback. 7)Identify customer needs and help them by recommending additional products/services. 8)Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements. 9) Emails and whatsapp chats to customer about the products.
