You will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for users booking experiences across multiple cities. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries promptly and clearly through chat, email, and phone. - Assist users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with experience providers and internal teams to address guest concerns. - Maintain a record of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions. - Uphold a friendly and helpful tone in all communications. - Identify issues and provide suggestions for enhancing the customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Freshers are welcome to apply as this is an entry-level position. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and adept at multitasking. - Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays when necessary. - Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy, and a desire to learn and grow.
