Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Manage customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on outstanding issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation or coordination across multiple departments.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Responsible for managing overall Compliance of Gas Stations with the State Regulatory Authority (SRA) which includes collection of paper work through emails and calls from various stakeholders including Clients and its further submission to SRA.

It includes meeting various deadlines, scheduling of testing, repairs, maintenance and analysis of Data. Some part of the job will be to do sales/cold calling of prospective customers.

Shift Hours- Based on US time Zone

  • Requirements- Candidate must have :

  • Power Backup (Mandatory)
  • Wifi (Minimum 40 Mbps)
