Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
Resolving customer queries and requests.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

Preferred candidate profile

Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Any Graduate Fresher.
12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary
Age Limit 40 Yrs old max.
