Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice support team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their education and migration-related queries for Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries related to study options, visa processes, documentation, and appointment scheduling.

Maintain a clear understanding of the Australian education and migration systems to provide accurate information.

Update and manage client records in the CRM system.

Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of their concerns.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to compliance policies.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Australian accent understanding is a plus).

Prior experience in international voice process (preferably Australian) is desirable.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Willingness to work in Australian business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
