Job Description

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle customer queries related to orders, returns, and deliveries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. 2. Make outbound calls to verify COD orders and reduce fake or high-risk shipments. 3. Monitor and follow up on non-delivered orders (NDRs) to ensure successful redelivery. 4. Proactively communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to manage customer expectations. 5. Maintain accurate records of all support activities and customer interactions. 6. Share weekly reports and feedback with internal teams to improve service quality.
