Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: . Reply to social media (Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook) messages Managing all the dispatches( Handing over the daily orders packages to respective couriers);and receiving all the vendor packages and dispatch to main office branch Create manual orders in company website, logistics website . Interactions with Logistics partner, create support tickets for unresolved issues, take action on undelivered orders . • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
