Hi Candidtes, Kindy Find the Job Description, Key Responsibilities: •            Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. •            Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. •            Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure    resolution. •            Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. •            Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. •            Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. •            Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. •            Create weekly dashboard for customer complaint issues and resolution.
