Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional mannerUnderstand customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsFollow scripts/guidelines while addressing different customer concernsMaintain accurate records of all interactions in the systemPromote customer satisfaction and loyalty by going the extra mileAttend regular training sessions to stay updated and improve performanceAchieve daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Required)Active listening and a customer-focused attitudeBasic computer skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyPositive attitude and eagerness to learnPrevious experience in a call center is an advantage (not mandatory)Punctuality and regular attendance are essentialBachelor’s degree (Required)Must be able to relocate or commute to Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore

Salary

Fixed Salary (CTC): ₹14,500 – ₹15,500 per monthPerformance Incentives: ₹2,500 – ₹3,500 per monthTotal Monthly Earnings Potential: Up to ₹19,000
