As a Customer Support Representative, your role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You will need to escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments and ensure follow-through. It is essential to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools. Collaboration with the technical and operations teams to address recurring issues and improve customer experience is also a key responsibility. Additionally, providing feedback to the product team based on customer pain points is part of your duties.
