• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues. • Install, configure, and guide users on product usage. • Manage and update support tickets within SLA timelines. • Escalate complex issues to senior or specialized teams. • Document solutions and create support guides/FAQs. • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and quality resolution. • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new features.
