Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive at Ocube Services, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent experience across all touchpoints. You will communicate through phone, depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries promptly and professionally via Calls.

* Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and accurately.

* Document all interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

* Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

*Requirements: *

* Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

* Proficiency in using computers and customer service tools (CRM, email platforms, chat tools).

* Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

* Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience in a customer support or BPO role (preferred).
