Job Summary: IKIN Smart Locks is seeking a diligent and proactive Tech Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, monitoring the command center panel, addressing customer queries, notifying clients and stakeholders of any high alerts, and escalating issues to the technical team when necessary. This role requires a balance of customer service skills and medium-level technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the command center panel to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  • Address and resolve customer queries efficiently through various communication channels.
  • Notify clients and stakeholders promptly about any critical alerts or issues related to smart lock systems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the CRM Head.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Medium level of technical knowledge, particularly in IT systems.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with security systems and IoT devices.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
