Knowledge And Skills Required Communication Skills:  Excellent Communication Skills In English (Verbal And Written)  Respond To Customer Queries In A Timely And Accurate Way, Via Phone And Chat.  Resolving Customer Queries At The First Point Of Contact.  Adhere To Internal Policies To Ensure Compliance With Legal Parameters As Well As Company Policies And Procedures.  Recording And Updating Customer Information Via The Organization's Internal Systems. Customer Focus:  Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Maintaining Focus On The Customer Issue In A Fast-Paced Environment  Ability To Empathize With And Prioritize Customer Needs  Demonstrates Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, And De-Escalation Skills  Demonstrates Ownership To Resolve Challenging Customer Issues, Escalating When Necessary  Ability To Determine Customer Needs And Provide Appropriate Solutions  Maintain Regular And Reliable Attendance, Including The Daily Schedule As Assigned  Flexible With The Working Schedule; May Be Expected To Work Weekends. Requirements :  Only Male Candidates Can Apply  Experience In International Voice Will Be Added Advantage.  Should Be Willing To Work In Night Shift.  No Target And No Work Pressure In Work.  Immediate Joining Will Be Given First Preference  No Work From Home
